No. While many of our past events have centered women leaders, this retreat is open to all professionals who align with our mission of compassionate, purpose-driven leadership. We welcome a diverse and inclusive community of changemakers.

Absolutely. Many of our attendees come solo. We offer guest matching and curated small group experiences to ensure you connect meaningfully from day one.
Yes. Flexible payment plans are available at checkout or upon request through Klarna, Afterpay, and other services. We’re happy to work with you to make attendance accessible.
Yes. We’ve secured a limited number of discounted room nights before and after the retreat dates. Details will be shared upon acceptance.
Yes! Attendees are invited to book a dog-friendly room, which includes a Casper dog bed, food and water bowl, and dog treats. Dog-friendly rooms are available for a fee of $100 per dog per stay with 10% of fees donated directly to rescuing animals with Best Friends Animal Society. Full pet policy available here.
The retreat is resort casual, with one elevated evening: the VIP Dinner & Reception on opening night, where dress to impress is encouraged. Think cocktail attire or elevated resort wear.
Due to the highly curated and intimate nature of this event, all sales are final. However, tickets are transferable to another approved guest pending review.
We recommend flying into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) — just 10 minutes from the Avalon Hotel. Alternative airport options include Ontario (ONT), Los Angeles (LAX), or John Wayne (SNA), each within a 1.5 to 2.5 hour drive. Shuttle and car rental options are available.
